Change your card, switch plans, download invoices or cancel, whenever you like.
Manage it online
If you subscribed on this website, you can manage everything yourself. Enter the email address you subscribed with and we’ll email you a secure link.
Available at launch
From there you can:
- change your card;
- switch between monthly and yearly;
- download receipts and invoices for your accounts;
- cancel your subscription.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and every record you’ve issued stays yours to open, share and export.
Changed your mind within 14 days of your first payment? Email us and we’ll refund it in full.
If you subscribed in the app
Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple or Google:
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.
